How to Prepare for Your Mobile Notary Appointment

A little preparation makes your mobile notary visit in Orange County quick and perfect. Here’s exactly what to do before we arrive.

1. Have Your Documents Ready

• Print all pages (double-sided is fine)
• Do NOT sign anything before we arrive
• Bring the exact number of copies you need notarized

2. Valid Photo ID Required

California notaries must see a current government-issued photo ID. Acceptable IDs:

• California Driver’s License or ID Card
• Passport
• Military ID
• Green Card / Permanent Resident Card

3. Know Your Location Details

Tell us the exact address, gate code, apartment number, or parking instructions so we can find you quickly.

4. Optional but Helpful

• A flat surface (table or clipboard)
• Pen (we always bring extras)
• Anyone who also needs to sign (if applicable)
