Premium Access may include limited-scope drafting/review by an independent licensed attorney based solely on your inputs. Any legal services are provided by that attorney, not by LegalFastDocs, and only after the attorney accepts the matter and provides you a separate written engagement.

By accessing or using LegalFastDocs.com and our products or services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be 18+ and able to enter a binding contract. Some features require an account. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.
4.1 Forms & Document Customization. Downloadable templates and guided tools based solely on your inputs. You are responsible for choosing the right form for your jurisdiction and verifying accuracy.
4.2 Premium (Attorney-Involved). If purchased, an independent attorney may provide a limited-scope service. No attorney-client relationship with LegalFastDocs; any relationship is solely with the attorney under the attorney’s separate engagement.
4.3 Mobile Notary Public. Appointment-based notarization is a separate service with separate fees. Notaries do not provide legal advice.
You agree not to: (a) violate law or third-party rights; (b) impersonate others; (c) upload malware; (d) scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services; (e) attempt to bypass security.
6.1 Payments. Processed by third-party gateways (e.g., PayPal). You authorize charges to your method of payment and agree to processor terms. We are not responsible for processor outages, holds, chargebacks, or errors.
6.2 Taxes. Prices may be subject to tax.
6.3 Refunds. See our posted Refund Policy. Generally, (a) downloaded/self-help forms are non-refundable once accessed; (b) Premium attorney work is non-refundable after work begins (per the attorney’s terms); (c) notary travel deposits may be non-refundable within the stated window. Contact support within 7 days to request relief permitted by policy.
All site content, forms, designs, code, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use downloaded forms for your personal or internal business use only. No resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public posting, or derivative commercial use without written permission.
You retain ownership of materials you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, process, and display User Content only to operate the Services (including sharing with an independent attorney or notary to fulfill your request). You represent you have all necessary rights.
Except where a licensed independent attorney separately accepts representation, nothing in the Services is legal advice. Laws vary and change. We do not guarantee any legal outcome or approval by a court, agency, or other party.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGALFASTDOCS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LEGALFASTDOCS FOR THE SERVICE AT ISSUE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LegalFastDocs and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
By providing contact information, you consent to receive transactional emails (receipts, confirmations, reminders). If you opt in to SMS, you consent to receive messages related to your transactions; message/data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
We may link to third-party tools or sites (e.g., payment processors). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Do not submit protected health information or other sensitive data unless specifically requested and secured under a written agreement. We are not a HIPAA covered entity.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or suspected fraud. Sections that should survive (IP, disclaimers, limits, indemnity, governing law, dispute resolution) survive termination.
This Agreement is governed by California law. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its streamlined rules in Orange County, California before a single arbitrator. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. Either party may pursue small-claims court in Orange County for eligible claims. Court jurisdiction/venue in Orange County applies to (i) small-claims filings and (ii) any claim not subject to arbitration.
We are not liable for delays/failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, labor disputes, Internet/utility failures, government actions).
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms with a new Effective Date. Continued use means acceptance.

We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and your choices.
LegalFastDocs is a self-help document platform. We are not a law firm. If you purchase Premium Access, an independent licensed attorney may provide limited-scope services under a separate engagement; that attorney maintains their own professional obligations and may receive your data to fulfill your request.
Identifiers & Contact: name, email, phone, postal address.
Transactional: purchases, appointments, order IDs, payment status (we do not store full payment card numbers).
Content: information you enter into forms, uploaded files, messages to support.
Usage/Device: IP, device/browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location, referral/UTM data, cookies and similar technologies.
Notary/Premium: scheduling details, limited matter information you provide for drafting/review.
Directly from you; automatically via your device; service providers (payments, email, analytics); in Premium, from/for an independent attorney to fulfill your engagement.
Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.
Process orders and appointments; send confirmations, receipts, reminders.
Route Premium requests to an independent attorney (if purchased).
Detect/prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
Analytics, service quality, and product development.
Comply with law and enforce terms.
We share with:
Service Providers under contract (payments, hosting, email/SMS, analytics, support).
Independent Attorneys/Notaries to fulfill Premium or notary services you request.
Legal/Compliance when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
Business Transfers in a merger, acquisition, or reorganization (subject to equivalent protections).
We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” limited data for cross-context behavioral advertising (as defined by California law); see “Your Privacy Rights” for opt-out.
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, analytics, fraud prevention, and (if enabled) marketing/retargeting. You can control cookies via your browser; essential cookies are required for the site to function.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., TLS, access controls). No method is 100% secure.
We keep data as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business needs (e.g., tax, accounting, fraud prevention), then delete or de-identify it.
Depending on your location (including California/CPRA and, where applicable, GDPR), you may have the right to:
Access/Know what personal information we hold about you.
Delete personal information (subject to exemptions).
Correct inaccuracies.
Opt-out of “Sale/Share” for targeted advertising.
Limit use/disclosure of sensitive data (if any is collected).
Portability of certain data.
Appeal a decision (where required).
Non-discrimination for exercising rights.
To exercise rights: email privacy@legalfastdocs.com or support@legalfastdocs.com with “Privacy Request” and your name, email, and request type. We will verify your identity consistent with applicable law. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority.
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to remove it.
If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your data may be processed in the U.S. and other countries that may not provide the same level of protection. We take steps consistent with applicable law for such transfers.
Email: You may unsubscribe from non-transactional emails via the link in the message. Transactional emails (receipts, confirmations) are required.
SMS: If you opt in, reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help; message/data rates may apply.
Cookies/Ads: Use browser controls and platform opt-outs; you can also contact us to opt-out of “sale/share” for cross-context ads where applicable.
We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Effective Date” above will change when we do. Continued use means acceptance.
