User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User”) and LegalFastDocs, Inc. (“LegalFastDocs,” “we,” “us,” “our”). It governs your access to and use of the LegalFastDocs website, mobile applications, downloadable forms, document‑customization services, and mobile notary offerings (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using any Services, you agree to this Agreement in full. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration 1.1. Age & Authority. You must be at least 18 years old, capable of entering into binding agreements, and not barred under applicable law from using the Services.
1.2. Account Creation. Certain features require registration. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. Keep credentials confidential and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.

2. Service Descriptions & Separate Offerings 2.1. Forms & Customization. Access to a library of legal form templates and, if you purchase Premium Service, one‑time custom drafting or review by a licensed attorney based solely on your input.
2.2. Mobile Notary Public. On‑site notarization by a licensed Notary Public for acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, and certified copies. This is a distinct service with separate scheduling and fees.

3. Acceptable Use 3.1. You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with this Agreement. You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

• Use the Services to facilitate illegal activity.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape our platform.

• Interfere with the operation or security of Services.

4. User Content 4.1. Your Submissions. Any data, text, images, or documents you upload or submit (“User Content”) remain your property. You grant LegalFastDocs a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, transmit, and display such content for the purpose of providing Services.
4.2. Responsibility. You are solely responsible for all User Content. You represent that you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and consents to submit and use such content.

5. Fees, Billing & Refunds 5.1. Fee Structure. Service fees are posted on our website and may change with notice. You agree to pay all fees incurred.
5.2. Payment Processing. Payments are processed through third‑party gateways; you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
5.3. Refund Policy. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion; contact support within 7 days of purchase to request a refund, subject to terms in our Refund Policy.

6. Privacy & Data Protection Your use of Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy which details data collection, use, sharing, and retention practices. You consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

7. Intellectual Property All content and technology underlying Services, including forms, designs, trademarks, and software, are owned or licensed by LegalFastDocs. You may use downloaded forms for personal or internal business use only.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability 8.1. No Warranties. Services are provided “AS IS,” without warranty of any kind.
8.2. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest legal extent, LegalFastDocs and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Services.

9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LegalFastDocs, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of Services.

10. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account and access to Services at any time for violation of this Agreement or inactivity. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

11. Modifications to this Agreement We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. We will post the revised Agreement with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution This Agreement is governed by California law. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in Orange County, California.
