1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or using LegalFastDocs.com (“we,” “our,” “us,” “LegalFastDocs”) and any features, content, or applications offered from time to time by LegalFastDocs (collectively, “Services”), you (“you,” “User”) agree to these Terms of Service & Privacy Policy (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Services Offered 2.1 Forms & Document Customization

• Downloadable library of generic legal forms and templates.

• Premium option: One-time custom drafting or review by licensed attorneys based solely on information you supply.

2.2 Mobile Notary Public

• In-person notarization: licensed Notary Public travels to your designated location to witness signatures, administer oaths, and certify copies.

• Separate transaction: Ordering a form does not include notarization; each service is scheduled and billed independently.

3. No Legal Advice; No Attorney–Client Relationship

• LegalFastDocs is a technology and administrative platform, not a law firm.

• An attorney–client relationship arises only when you specifically engage a licensed attorney through our Premium Service for a single document engagement.

• Except for that engagement, LegalFastDocs does not provide legal advice, interpretation, or representation.

4. User Eligibility & Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable, and authorized to enter into a binding agreement.

• You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information you provide.

• You agree to use Services only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws.

• For critical or complex matters, you must seek direct consultation with a qualified attorney.

5. Fees, Payment & Scheduling

• Forms & Premium Services: Standard fees for downloads; Premium engagements are billed per document or subscription.

• Notary Fees: $15 per signature (acknowledgments/jurats), $15 per certified copy, $30 per deposition notarization + $7 oath + $7 certificate, and a $100 flat travel fee (prepaid).

• Payments processed via secure payment gateways; appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

6. Privacy & Data Protection 6.1 Information Collected

• Personal data: name, address, email address, phone number, billing and shipping information.

• Usage data: IP address, browser type/version, pages accessed, timestamps.

• Cookies and tracking: session identifiers, analytics, and optional marketing cookies.

6.2 Use of Information

• Provide, maintain, and enhance Services.

• Process transactions, schedule appointments, and communicate confirmations or updates.

• Conduct research, analytics, fraud detection, and security monitoring.

6.3 Data Sharing

• Service providers (payment processors, hosting, email platforms) under strict confidentiality and security measures.

• Legal requirements: disclosures to comply with laws, court orders, or to protect rights and safety.

• Business transitions: in event of sale, merger, or acquisition, data may transfer under equivalent privacy obligations.

6.4 Data Security & Retention

• We implement industry-standard safeguards (encryption, secure servers, access controls) but cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Data is retained only as necessary for legal compliance, tax obligations, or dispute resolution.

• You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to applicable retention requirements.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, forms, designs, code, trademarks, and logos are owned by LegalFastDocs or used under license.

• You may download and use forms for personal or internal business purposes; redistribution, resale, or modification beyond personal use is prohibited without written permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegalFastDocs and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LegalFastDocs and its affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without reference to conflict-of-law principles.

• All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California.

• Claims under $10,000 may be resolved by binding arbitration in Orange County under JAMS rules.

11. Changes to Terms & Services We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the Services or these Terms at any time. We will post changes on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

12. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to Services for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or inactivity, without liability. Sections regarding disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

13. Miscellaneous

• Force Majeure: Not liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, government actions).

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LegalFastDocs regarding the Services. Do not rely on any other statements or representations.
